  • How long does it usually take to send out an order?

    I usually ship out orders within 2-3 business days. This excludes custom and made to order products (that time will vary). Once your order has shipped, you will receive the order confirmation with the tracking number to the email you provided at checkout.

  • How long does it take to receive international orders?

    International shipping times vary based on your country’s customs and regulations. Please allow SEVERAL weeks for international orders to arrive. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s laws and regulations and I am NOT responsible for extra fees, duties or taxes acquired in customs.

  • I ordered my package and haven’t received it yet?

    I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please check your package’s tracking number to get updates on its location and to verify it was sent to the correct address. If it says it’s been delivered and you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office. Once the package has shipped, I no longer have control over it and only have access to the same tracking information that you have.

  • Do you take returns?

    I do not take returns, but if you have a problem with an item or piece you ordered please contact me right away.

  • The piece I want is no longer listed or sold out, can you remake it?

    If you found a piece you loved and it sold out, please send me a message and I can see if I can get a similar piece made and listed on a following shop update.

  • How do I get a custom order?

    Unfortunately at this time, my customs are closed.
